They did it that time, when I demanded it of them, I was then told after picking my car up that I would get a call back the following Monday, waited called, asked for the service manager. The first 2 times I brought in my paper work for this, they told me the services guys would do it, they didn’t do it either times, the second time they didn’t do it, I asked for a service manager, was told the one on the floor was too busy, and that I should call back.įast forward to my 3rd service, and after many many, calls trying to get them to actually look into my paper work, and being on hold for hours and being told the service manager is busy and to call back.
